CERTIFIED CHRYSLER MASTER DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Rockie Williams Premier is a family-owned dealership with a great reputation and team. We are a very busy shop with state-of-the-art facilities in need of a Certified Chrysler Master-Level Diesel Automotive Technician/Mechanic with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

As a Certified Chrysler Master-Level Automotive Technician, you will be experienced, up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive diesel systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
  • Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler's quality standards
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master Diesel Certified or 2+ years diesel automotive technician/mechanic experience
  • Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
  • Strong Diesel Automotive knowledge
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
  • Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC (CHRYSLER PREFERRED)

Qualifications:

SERVICE DEPARTMENT GREETER / PORTER

As a Greeter/Porter at Rockie Williams Premier, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for a strong, energetic, people-focused Greeter/Porter who will help us define and consistently deliver a satisfying car-servicing experience.

Responsibilities:

The Service Greeter/Porter is the initial contact for dealership service department customers. The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for making our guests feel welcome and assisting them within the service department.

  • Courteously greet customers as they arrive at the dealership service department
  • Answer any customer questions and direct them to appropriate representative and/or to the waiting area
  • Communicate with appropriate dealership staff about customer arrival and needs
  • Move vehicles through the service lane into the shop and bring them back to service lane for customer pickup when service is completed
  • Must enjoy interacting with customers and possess the ability to put customers at ease
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow manufacturer recommended procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by service management

Requirements:

  • Positive, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • High school diploma, GED or military equivalent experience
  • Employment subject to pre-employment background check and drug test
  • This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.

Immediate opening for experienced Express Lane Service Technician. We are a unique automotive dealership with a peaceful, caring work environment that allows for professional growth.
