CERTIFIED CHRYSLER MASTER DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Rockie Williams Premier is a family-owned dealership with a great reputation and team. We are a very busy shop with state-of-the-art facilities in need of a Certified Chrysler Master-Level Diesel Automotive Technician/Mechanic with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

As a Certified Chrysler Master-Level Automotive Technician, you will be experienced, up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive diesel systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
  • Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler's quality standards
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master Diesel Certified or 2+ years diesel automotive technician/mechanic experience
  • Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
  • Strong Diesel Automotive knowledge
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
  • Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC (CHRYSLER PREFERRED)

Parts and Service Clerk

Great opportunity for an experienced Automotive Parts and Service Clerk to join our dealership. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record customer payments and close customer repair orders
  • Reconcile payments and balance Parts & Service invoices and deposits at end of shift
  • Keep track of purchased or serviced vehicles and update customer service history details in the database
  • Process extended warranty documentation
  • Assist warranty administrator
  • Serve as back-up receptionist
  • Clock employees in/out
  • Handle customer complaints courteously and diplomatically
  • Perform any other duties, as requested by Manager
  • Maintain professional appearance of customer service waiting area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or military equivalent required
  • Good math and computer skills
  • Excellent listener and oral communicator
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in retail, office or customer service environment, a plus
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Dealership experience, preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE COORDINATOR

Rockie Williams Premier Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The Service Coordinator handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms service reservations, and performs outbound follow-up calls.

  • Track rental car fleet in/out activity

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Service BDC experience preferred
