CERTIFIED CHRYSLER MASTER DIESEL TECHNICIAN
Rockie Williams Premier is a family-owned dealership with a great reputation and team. We are a very busy shop with state-of-the-art facilities in need of a Certified Chrysler Master-Level Diesel Automotive Technician/Mechanic with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
As a Certified Chrysler Master-Level Automotive Technician, you will be experienced, up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to diagnose and repair Chrysler automotive diesel systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and accurately to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler's quality standards
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs with the ultimate goal of maintaining a positive experience for the customer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master Diesel Certified or 2+ years diesel automotive technician/mechanic experience
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
- Strong Diesel Automotive knowledge
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
- Employment subject to a background check and drug screen test

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- Understand the features and capabilities of vehicles offered and effectively compare and contrast with competitive models
- Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
- Determine customer needs by listening and asking questions
- Close sales by overcoming objection(s), complete sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions, offer services, warranties, and financing, collect payment and deliver automobile
- Perform walk-around with customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
- Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork, and warranty
- Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; suggest trade-ins; respond to inquiries
- Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business and referrals
- Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
Requirements:
- At least one year of previous sales experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and inquirers
- Professional, neat dress and appearance
- Must be knowledgeable about the vehicles and models available for sale and ready to answer questions about gas usability, engine size, mileage and available features and colors
- Must have a positive attitude and a passion for serving customers

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE COORDINATOR
We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The Service Coordinator handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms service reservations, and performs outbound follow-up calls.

- Track rental car fleet in/out activity
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Service BDC experience preferred
